Fundraising (RMG and CSR) engagements are key focus areas at our organization and require a proactive and dynamic approach. This role involves building donor relationships, writing reports and proposals, identifying new leads, managing campaigns and events, and contributing to strategic planning to meet annual fundraising goals.The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about generating resources for a cause-driven organization. This position is based in Dhaka, may require occasional travel and evening/weekend work for events or donor meetings. Reporting to the Resource Mobilization Lead, this is a full-time, contract-based position for a duration of two (2) years.

Salary
