Job Overview:

UpSkill Bangladesh is seeking a motivated and experienced Visa Processing Officer with proven expertise in F1, H1B, EB2 and EB3 visa processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. immigration procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex documentation and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and processing of F1,H1B, EB2 & EB3 visa applications.

  • Guide clients on eligibility, documentation, and U.S. immigration regulations.

  • Maintain accurate application records and ensure all submissions meet deadlines.

  • Track and manage H1B Lottery Registration, EB3 Skilled Green Card sponsorships, and other U.S. visa processes.

  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless communication.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with applicants and provide timely updates.

  • Support the expansion of UpSkill Bangladesh’s U.S. visa consultancy services.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, English, or related field preferred).

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or related field.

  • Mandatory experience in F1, H1B, EB2, and EB3 visa processing.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.

  • Knowledge of U.S. visa processes including F1, H1B, EB2 & EB3 Student, and Visit visas.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
