  • Exterior/Interior detailing and drafting.

  • Proven experience as a CAD-Operator or in a similar role. Must have Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and SketchUp.

  • Strong understanding of building materials, joinery details, and trending designs.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and create highly detailed technical drawings.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work within a cooperative environment and meet professional standards.

  • Smart, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving effectively.

Salary
