  • Experience on community mobilization, linkage and liaison influencing skills; Polite & reasonable

  • Ability to consult and negotiate with the management team and donor partners       

  • Active listening skills and the ability to deal with sensitive situations with integrity      

  • Have a good understanding of gender and organizational gender policy and act accordingly.

  • Be aware of and abide by the organizational Child Safeguarding and PSEAH Policy and practices.

  • Abide by the organizational money laundering policy. S/he should abstain from money laundering activities and any kind of terrorist financing.

  • Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines        

  • Having mentality of field visit as and when required

  • Willing to work beyond duty hours when required

  • The incumbent will abide by the code of conduct along with all policies and practices of RDRS

Salary
