  • In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and prudential guidelines issued by Bangladesh Bank, particularly concerning loan classification, provisioning, and recovery.

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in credit risk, collections, or commercial lending with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Special Assets Management, Credit Risk Management, or a related field in a reputed Bank or Financial Institution.
