  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (including typing), with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and a collaborative mindset suited to multicultural teams.  

  • Proven commitment to gender equality and inclusion of disability.
