Applicants should have hands-on experience in the following areas: active involvement in construction site management, execution and supervision of deep excavation (4 or 5 basements), and high-rise commercial building construction (20+ floors).
Must have sound knowledge of structural stages of high-rise building projects.
Field experience in the operation and safety protocols of heavy equipment such as rotary drilling rigs, tower cranes, and construction passenger hoists will be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including BNBC, ACI, and ASTM.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
Salary
