Experience:4–5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in a large garments/textile manufacturing environment.
Audit experience on Bills Pre-payment, Market Rate Verification, Procurement Process, Inventory, Production process, Delivery Process of Denim and Woven Industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of internal control systems, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
Good understanding of garments/textile manufacturing processes, especially in denim and woven segments.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
Attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Capable of handling large volumes of data and documentation for auditing purposes.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and factory management.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to factory locations (inside/outside Dhaka) as required.
Sound understanding of compliance and labor law practices in the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) industry.
